As a Morgan Stanley financial advisor, Maria has 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Born in Moscow and raised in Moscow and Toronto, Maria holds an Economics degree from York University, Toronto and Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

With extensive and global experience across various functions and roles, Maria focuses on both domestic and international relationships. Before completing her MBA, Maria worked as a fixed income analyst in the most renowned investment bank in Russia, Renaissance capital. This allowed her to learn how the bond markets function and how to best leverage on fixed income events. After completing her MBA, Maria joined Scotiabank in Toronto and worked as an analyst for one of the biggest national mortgage sales teams in the country. Understanding the mechanics of financing along with dynamics of global markets made Maria a valuable partner at a boutique real estate firm in Miami where she moved in 2009. Maria worked as a real estate broker traveling between Moscow, Toronto and Miami establishing relationships with high net worth individuals, business owners and their families. After working in this capacity for almost six years and being able to build a solid real estate practice amid the market crush of 2008, Maria transitioned to Morgan Stanley where she continues to serve her clients by delivering customized financial solutions. Exposure to different cultures, people and roles allowed Maria to develop a holistic approach that puts the client at the center and balances risk, investment objectives and the preservation and growth of wealth.
